Post#5 How are we a part of the global sconomy?

I am a part of the global economy as consumer. I have used many products which are form third would. I think nowadays these products are very important us because of price. Even though some products is not low quality, a majority of people choose cheap products. The film Mardia Gras is the festival in the other state in USA, but we have a similar event which is New Year Count down at TimesSquare in NYC. I was surprised the a lot of trash after the count down. The many trash are some accessories and goods for the events. I think these things are made in poor countries. However, we can not call off that because there is business and celebrating. Therefore, we have to learn what happen in the world who make products who used it. To know is very important because we will be able to change our mind. We will not waste the products. If there are some problems or working condition in factory, we will complain the owners. First we understand the situation, and then we can take next steps.

The poem sound very sad. Working is very hard and boring for us, also sometimes finding job is more hard.

Many people are working even though they want to do because of lo wages and not interesting. However, people have to find jobs and work. During finding new jobs and working no interested jobs, they will think about other things what other people do and why we have to work, but any we have to work anyway.

I just feel sad and negative this poem for working even though I know it is true.

#3 Gender and working

Growing in my country, I had noticed a lot about gender and work. It is totally difference from other country. Traditionally, we could not allow women to become to a higher position in work place a long time ago because of our culture. So most women has been doing only housework after their got married, and men had to take care of everything for family. However, we have been changing our mind that people think man and woman should be fair as working because we are affected by other culture especially U.S.A. Although, some women have tried to live without helping form man and they have become to a CEO or stared own business. Unfortunately, traditional our idea about man and woman is still remain deeply rooted in our society because I think many old traditional men still dislike women work long time beside not get married. In addition, some women think about do want to work, and believe man have to take care of all after married. In my opinion, I can flexibly to understand other cultures and I notice some men is lower working ability than women. So I can think about fare between man and woman,but I believe man need to take care of his family. For example, man should not be housekeeping even though his wife can take care of all. And men should do heavy physical work instead of women. Gender is not related to working.
